More than a concert: the aim is to draw attention to the rich culture of our neighboring country and its influences in Germany and to deepen and connect the various arts through a universal language – music.
This new moderated performance, which includes music by Lutosławski, Chopin and Penderecki, among others, as well as a commissioned composition by Magdalena Buchwald, 3 other world premieres and poetry by Nobel Prize winner Wisława Szymborska and Tomasz Różycki, among others, will be presented in Berlin, Hamburg, Karlsruhe and Görlitz/Zgorzelec.

Generously funded by the Federal Ministry of Culture and Media, the Foundation for German-Polish Cooperation and the Ilse and Dr. Horst Rusch Foundation.

We are very thankful for our amazing cooperation partners, without them the project wouldn’t have happened.
